It is a privilege to serve as President of the Ontario Dental Hygienists’ Association (ODHA). I am honoured to represent our members and committed to supporting the advancement of our profession and our shared goals.
I am committed to strengthening the impact and visibility of our provincial association across Ontario. Together with the members of the ODHA Board of Directors, CEO Marg Harrington, and administrative team, we will prioritize key areas of our profession. We recognize the importance of working hand in hand with all partners to ensure the growth and advancement of dental hygiene in our province.
As President, I want to assure you all voices matter. I firmly believe in the power of collaboration, inclusiveness, and meaningful dialogue. I am committed to fostering an environment in which every member is heard, valued, and actively involved in shaping the future of the dental hygiene profession. We will encourage a culture of open communication, cooperation, and mutual respect.
With my ambitions, I pledge to bring forth innovative ideas, engage in strategic initiatives, and advocate for the needs and aspirations of registered dental hygienists across Ontario. With your support and active participation, I am confident we can achieve remarkable progress and make a lasting impact on our profession.
I am genuinely grateful for the opportunity to lead the ODHA and work alongside such talented and dedicated individuals. Together, let’s build a future in which registered dental hygienists are recognized for invaluable contributions to oral health care and the overall well-being of the communities we serve.
