The Radiographic Interpretation course is designed to review the discipline of oral radiographic interpretation. It is not intended as a comprehensive course in this discipline and it is assumed that course participants have a previous competency in radiography. In the following presentations, the material covered will deal with radiographic images that one may expect to see in practice.

Ross Barlow DDS

Ross Barlow is an Assistant Professor of the Department of Biological and Diagnostic Services, Division of Oral Radiology, Faculty of Dentistry, at the University of Toronto.  He is presently Co-Head of Undergraduate Radiology.  Ross provides radiography lectures to dental hygiene students and dental hygienists.  Ross is also a consultant for the Department of Forensic Pathology at both Hamilton General Hospital and the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.  He is a member of PODIT (Province of Ontario Dental Identification Team) and DVI (Disaster Victim Identification Team).

The Radiographic Interpretation course is designed to review the discipline of oral radiographic interpretation. It is not intended as a comprehensive course in this discipline and it is assumed that course participants have a previous competency in radiography. This course contains 15 modules, 7 additional resources, and provides a 20 hour certificate upon completion.
