Is an (active member) and may be granted to any person who has graduated from a dental hygiene program in the previous year of membership and is registered or in the process of registering with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO). The fee is $ 129.50 (total); membership fees are not taxed.  Membership automatically includes professional (malpractice) liability insurance coverage. This coverage is suitable insurance which complies with the bylaws of the CDHO.  (All ODHA purchased membership fees are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be prorated.)
