Any dental hygienist registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO) may apply for an active membership. The fee is $ 253.00 (total);  membership fees are not taxed.  Membership automatically includes professional (malpractice) liability insurance coverage. This coverage is suitable insurance which complies with the bylaws of the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO). This automated renewal of your membership will be processed annually August 1^st.  You may cancel autorenewal at anytime by contacting the ODHA office.  (All ODHA purchased membership fees are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be prorated.)
