Workplace Harassment
This presentation defines harassment in the workplace and provides examples of behaviours that may qualify as harassment and which may contravene the Occupational Health & Safety Act and/or the Human Rights Code. In addition, it outlines proactive steps one can take when they suspect they are subject to harassment in the workplace.
Biography: Patrizia Piccolo B.A., LL.B., Partner

Patrizia also advises employers on employment-related regulatory issues, including compliance with the Employment Standards Act, 2000, Human Rights Code, Labour Relations Act, 1995 and Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997.
