Any person who is legally eligible to practice as a dental hygienist in Canada, other than the province of Ontario or another country. The fee is $ 95.00 (total); membership fees are not taxed.  (All ODHA purchased membership fees are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be prorated.)
